I guess we are about to see a robot today. We start off with Gohan still knocked out on the ground. I guess that great ape form takes a lot out of you. He doesn’t even remember getting down from the cliff, that form is pure animalistic. Apparently losing your tail makes you lose your balance too. A sabretooth appears and is checking out Gohan, but before he gets a chance a crocodile tries to eat Gohan. Gohan finds his new sword to fend off the Crocodile but the sabertooth attacks and he ahs to book it. Then a giant eagle goes after the sabertooth and snatches up Gohan, then a freaking Pterodactyl goes after the eagle. It is all-out mayhem.
Gohan gets dropped into a whole in the desert and ends up in a place that looks like an Egyptiona tomb. The robot lives here I guess, but it doesn’t look like its in any state of possible repair. I was wrong though, because Gohan touched it once and it awakes.
They introduce themselves to each other and the robot says put me back in stand by mode and leave. Gohan complies and leaves but is soon faced with another high cliff situation so He returns and wakes up the robot. Another snake shortly appears after a little back and forth, Chi Chi was really right about these snakes. Gohan quickly figures out the robots eyes are off, so he just presses random buttons until they turn on. The robot has the same idea as Piccolo in that Gohan needs to learn to take care of himself. I think this robot and Piccolo would get along. I think the robot said its name but I didn’t catch it. Gohan stays in the cave with the robt all through the night, but the robot was turned off because it had asked to be. Gohan is a really sweet kid in how he cuddles with it.
Goku is still travelling snake road and we periodically check in on him to hear him talk about food. I do not know why he would need food or sleep while he is dead. Goku has always been a weird one though. He is so hungry that he is thinking about eating clouds. Goku is an idiot. Gohan keeps waking up the robot because he is hungry, the robot is pretty much a jerk though. In the meantime, Goku actually does eat a freaking cloud. Gohan went and found some mushrooms after guidance from the robot. Gohan uses some flattery to get the robot to steam the mushrooms. The robot is quite suspectable to the flattery. Instead of being grateful, Gohan says the mushrooms taste weird. I hope he is an expert in vegetation because eating strange mushrooms off the ground could be bad, at least he was smart enough to not eat them raw.
Chi Chi’s education has proved valuable because Gohan recognizes all the makings on the wall and says they could get rescued. The robot has been in this cave for 30 years though. Gohan’s digging to get the robot out ends up collapsing part of the cave and Gohan has no choice but to run out and jump form the high cliff, but he is too scared and runs back in. A snake attacks, but this robot is a great protector, stopped the snake and caught a pillar from crushing them. Gohan connected the red wire to the clue wire inside the robot, which sounds like a bad idea, but the robot reaches full power because of this and hulks out to save the day. He then chucks Gohan out the cave entrance onto another tall rock just before the whole thing collapses on to of it. Gohan is saved but the robot is smashed up.
Saving Gohan drained all the robot’s battery. He gives his final lesson to Gohan that he needs to learn to take care of himself right before his battery dies. Gohan calls him Mr. Robot, so maybe he doesn’t have a name. Gohan has now been filled with determination to make it on his own out in nature now. I guess the death of the robot was what he needed.
