That is a cool title image where it looks like they are incorporating Gohan’s new sword into it. Gohan has finally figured out how to survive on his own and He is out catching fish with his bare hands and picking fruits off trees. Once again, he runs into a snake (Chi Chi was right) but he isn’t scared at all and just moves it out the way. Thunder does scare him though and he makes his way to his new home in a cave where he cooks up his fish and remembers how his dad used to make some sort of natural cut ointment.
Now we get to ago to a baseball game, which is cool. We know Japan loves baseball. We finally get to see Yamcha who is on the baseball team and using his powers to dominate the league. He already ahs 3 home runs in this game alone. He seems to dislike it though because eh would rather fight then play baseball. He blackmails the manager for 20k for him to hit a homerun. The opposing teams pitcher hits two guys in a row and a fight breaks out! Seems like this is exactly what Yamcha would want.
Yamcha prances into the fight with glee and takes out all the players with ease, when surprise, Krillin shows up on the field to take Yamcha to training. Yamcha, and this weird flying cat thing are both surprised to hear Goku is dead and go with Krillin to train. Bulma and Yamcha run into eachother and she is still mad cause Yamcha stood her up. He tries to explain it away but Bulma is not hearing it. Krillin tells him that Korrin need Yamcha and he is full on ready to train for battle. I guess Yamcha isn’t getting that 20k.
Goku is still running along snake way and sleeping as he gets a chance. He complains that the whole path looks the same and he has no idea how far he has gone.
Back in the cave, a mysterious monster is lurking around as Goahn sleeps. For some reason it does not mess with Gohan, it only steals its food. Gohan wakes up and the monster is face to face with him, he freaks and runs out the cave but then msuters up the courage to go back in and retrieve his items.
The monster is fully shown and appears to be a brachiosaurus, according to my extensive knowledge in Jurassic Park, this is not a threat to Gohan. The monster menacingly appears from the cave but falls to the ground due to a large stick that is protruding from its die. Gohan removed the stick and then cooks up that same natural ointment he used on himself to help the dinosaur out. He then goes and finds a bunch of mushrooms which the dinosaur eats in one gulp. See, I told you it wasn’t a threat, thanks for the knowledge Jurassic Park.
Gohan goes to pick some more fruits for the dinosaur to eat and fantasizes about keeping him as a pet after he nurses him back to help. He is full on brave now and jumps from a really high cliff, I thought he was going to fly but he landed on his feet and it looked like it hurt. He then tests his strength out by punching a rock, it appears he lsot but after he walks away the rock cracks up.
When he returns to the brachiosaurus it is being attack by a T-rex and Gohan draws his sword to defend his new friend. Gohan attacks twice and is quickly beaten away but does manage to draw the T-rex’s attention. He must retrieve his sword and almost kills the T-rex but gets slapped away again. The T-rex returns and eats the brachiosaurus while Gohan is knocked out on the ground. This episode seemed to be about Gohan’s victories, but his failure may have the longest impact. Gohan seems filled with determination now but the episode ends.
